Female Health and Fitness Role Models? - 30 Bananas a Day!

I am looking for some role models ideally who 1) have been through similar things as me, 2) who have a similar body type that are at their peak level of health and fitness, 3) have been successful in following this diet and lifestyle for a long time. Do you know of any?

I am looking for advice and guidance in setting up a proper plan so even if you don't know anyone like this, but think you can help, please contact me!

I am 5'2, a pitta or mesomorph body type (typically gains both fat and muscle fairly easily)

I was not very athletic as a child other than some recreational activities

I am more of an endurance person (longer, slower exercise) than a sprinter (harder, faster workouts)

I have battled chronic fatigue/adrenal exhaustion, stimulant (caffeine/diet pills) abuse, hypoglycemia, candida, binge eating, digestive issues, emotional issues/abuse/lack of support, headaches/migraines, and more.

I had excess weight then lost it, but also seem to be under-muscled now.

My goals: I am looking to gain muscle strength, not size, and increase my energy. I especially want to work on my cardiovascular fitness too as I rarely do enough to get my heart rate up or to sweat. I also want to heal my current digestive issues and have a reasonable and balanced eating plan around my workout schedule. I never seem to know what to do and therefore I don't get any results from the random actions I take. I want to follow someone who knows how to make this work!
